“Cheerleader Horror Movie” is a fun horror flick written by Gary McClain Gannaway and directed by Paulo Biscaia Filho. The film follows would be filmmakers on their quest to create a successful horror film. While shooting on location at an abandoned orphanage they discover a Sawyer (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) like family who intend to take their work of fiction and make it a reality. I enjoyed this movie and only have 2 gripes about it. One is that I wish they would have just made the movie the characters were trying to make in the film as it was SUPER grindy and you all know how much I love that. The second is the title of the film, “Virgin Cheerleaders in Chains” is the name of the movie the characters were attempting to make and as I said before it would have been a better film in my opinion. I made a similar mistake in my film “Popcorn” and it one that I won’t let happen again. Besides that, “Cheerleader Horror Movie” is a well-made and fun horror film that any fan of the genre will enjoy.
