GORE WHORE SYNOPSIS:
When a lab assistant steals an important formula and all its documentation from Dr. Whitman, he hires a bottom-of-the-barrel private eye, Chase Barr, to locate it. When Barr digs deeper into the case he finds the lab assistant is actually a dead street whore and the “formula” is a reanimation agent that, with the consumption of human blood, is keeping her alive!

“Gore Whore” written and directed by Hugh Gallagher, is a low-budget, shot-on-video movie that is not for the faint of heart. The movie follows private eye Chase Barr as he investigates the theft of an important formula from Dr. Whitman’s lab, only to discover that the formula is actually a reanimation agent that is keeping a dead prostitute alive by consuming human blood. The film’s low budget is evident in its production values, but this actually works in its favor, as the grainy, low-quality video adds to the gritty and gruesome atmosphere. The special effects are impressively gory, with plenty of blood and guts on display throughout the film.
Overall, “Gore Whore” is a niche film that will appeal primarily to fans of extreme horror and shot-on-video movies. It’s not a film for everyone, but for those who appreciate a true video nasty this one is definitely worth checking out.
