SLASHLORETTE PARTY SYNOPSIS:
A bride-to-be is taken to a woodland cabin for a bachelorette party, but little does anyone know that she really doesn’t want to get married anymore. This would have made for an awkward weekend if it wasn’t for the masked maniacs showing up and killing the guests.
SLASHLORETTE PARTY : REVIEW
Written by VHS
I remember going to the video store as a kid and grabbing every cool horror movie I could afford. “Slashlorette Party” felt like one of those movies, which is something I haven’t seen in a long time. It had everything you could count on from a horror movie made during the VHS boom, only this one is modern. Paul Ragsdale and Angie De Alba of A&P Productions are the filmmaking duo that made this flick possible, and their brand of Horror is quickly becoming my favorite.
“Slashlorette Party” is the story of bride to be Brie (Molly Souza) and her fun group of friends who surprise her with a dual Bachelor/Bachelorette party located in a cabin in the woods. The problem is Brie is having cold feet and a weekend with her d-bag fiancé Dolph (Andrew Brown) and his group of bros isn’t going to be the ideal getaway. It’s good for them that a couple masked maniacs show up and begin to kill everyone or things may have gotten a little awkward. Will Brie ever marry Dolph? Or will their plans be cut short?
